GO Here then transfer I did two year here then I transferred to Mary Washington best decision ever my degree is already halfway done. Also nova is cheap and has great professors.

-5 stars is really the best review to give. DO NOT enroll into this college. The biggest mistake I’ve ever done. They will charge you anything and everything for no reason. Your likely hood of having a great professor is slim to none. I regret every second of it. Not sure how the reviews are so high.

I had a great experience there. Professors are professional and very criative on activities. I got classmates from all over the world, from countries that I didn't even know it existed. It did not just gave knowledge, it changed me in so many ways, it changed my life forever.

Most people on the reviews are unhappy about the school's tuition prices. I honestly don't have much knowledge about price within the U.S higher education system (was on a full financial aid) but, apart from the price topic NOVA is a great school! First the quality of education is top notch. Second almost all the professors and advisors I've worked with were very supportive and caring for students' success. Third as long as you made the most use of them NOVA's got plenty of free and available state of the art high quality resources to help students succeed and have a great college experience. Library, tutoring centers, labs, open computer labs, student life, clubs, bookstores, cafes, lounges, etc, and even internship career connections! On top of all that you get to transfer to any four year college of your choice while holding an associate degree or some certificate which comes as beneficial for your internship or part time job. NOVA's campus environment and physical area is equivalent to a university. It's a wonderful school for a community college! SN: It's the second largest and one of the top community colleges in the country.

Northern Virginia Community College, a.k.a. NOVA, is one of the best great college for students who want to save tuition. Plus, they can have more time to think their appropriate major in here. For foreign students, NOVA’s ESL program is very well organized and popular so that you can experience the ethnic diversity in here.

Great college that offers associate degrees to those pursuing careers in sciences, social sciences, and technology. They also offer certificates after completing certain programs.

Safe place to study, there was an upright piano in the cafeteria building that you can play anytime, the campus police are super friendly, administrator was so helpful, the area around was best to walk around if you like to spend time with friends, and I love the lake at the front of the cafeteria that's the beautiful one.

I registered for a class online and the portal said I would be dropped if it wasn’t paid by the cutoff date. Then I wasn’t contacted until months later when I am being threatened to pay or it will be sent to collections. I never attended, never got any coursework, nothing. No one ever gets back to you, and you have to login to their portal (which is confusing as heck and need multiple accounts and information) to read their emails, and you’re still somehow on the hook for classes you never received coursework or communicated with a professor ever. And logged in once ever. Stay away from this institution.
